# Hard Reset

## Step by step instructions

Below you’ll find a the steps for hard resetting your Kids Buddy Watch in case you need to do troubleshooting or diagnostics.

### Step 1

Prepare your sim card pin tool, also known as the "Mystery Tool".

### Step 2

Locate the small circle just right next to the charging port.

### Step 3

Press the small circle beside the charging port using your sim card pin tool for 5 seconds.

### Step 4

After you're done, it will hard reset. The watch will turn off then turn on.

### Step 5

You're done! Your device has been hard reset.
