Follow these steps to adjust the sleep timer on your Buddy Watch or Buddy Secure:

Step 1: Activate the Screen

• Press any button on the side of the watch to activate the screen.

Please Note: The longer you set the screen sleep timer, the faster the Adult Buddy battery will deplete.

Step 2: Access the Settings Menu

• Swipe through the screen until you find the Settings menu and tap on it.

Step 3: Find Sleep Settings

• Scroll down to find the Sleep option in the settings menu.

Step 4: Adjust the Sleep Timer

• The default sleep timer is set to 15 seconds, but you can change it to:

  • 30 seconds

  • 1 minute

  • 2 minutes

  • Up to 30 minutes.

• Select the desired sleep duration.

• Keep in mind that longer sleep times (like 30 minutes) will drain the battery faster since the screen stays on longer.
