How to use the heart rate monitor feature. Including blood pressure monitor and oxygen saturation level.

Below you’ll find the steps of using the heart rate monitor in your Adult Buddy Watch.
Click on the SOS button (0.5 seconds) to activate the screen.
Please Note: If the screen doesn’t turn on then the battery might be flat or the device is already turned off.
Swipe left until you reach to MORE and tap on it.
Tap on the HR & BP option.
Then you will see this loading indicator with a message that says "Non-professsional medical equipment, test data for reference only!". It means that the heart rate monitor is about to start. Proceed to step 5 to begin.
You will now be able to start the heart rate monitor. Tap on START.
After tapping STARS, the heart rate monitor will begin monitoring your heart rate. You will see a circular animation on your screen.
After a few seconds, you will now see the report of your heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation level.
Fun Facts:
HR (Heart Rate) - An ideal heart rate is between 50 and 90 beats per minute BP (Blood Pressure) - A normal blood pressure level is less than 120/80 mmHg. SPo2H - Oxygen Saturation. An ideal oxygen saturation level is between 96% and 99%.
