# Heart Rate Monitor

## Step by step instructions

Below you’ll find the steps of using the heart rate monitor in your Adult Buddy Watch.

### Step 1

Click on the SOS button (0.5 seconds) to activate the screen.

### Step 2

Swipe left until you reach to **MORE** and tap on it.

### Step 3

Tap on the **HR & BP** option.

### Step 4

Then you will see this loading indicator with a message that says "*Non-professsional medical equipment, test data for reference only!*". It means that the heart rate monitor is about to start. Proceed to step 5 to begin.

### Step 5

You will now be able to start the heart rate monitor. Tap on **START**.

### **Step 6**

After tapping STARS, the heart rate monitor will begin monitoring your heart rate. You will see a circular animation on your screen.

### Heart Rate Monitor Results

After a few seconds, you will now see the report of your heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation level.

HR (Heart Rate) - An ideal heart rate is between 50 and 90 beats per minute\
BP (Blood Pressure) - A normal blood pressure level is less than 120/80 mmHg.\
SPo2H - Oxygen Saturation. An ideal oxygen saturation level is between 96% and 99%.
