# How to Change the Language on Your Buddy Watch or Buddy Secure

## Step-by-step instructions

Follow these steps to change the language on your Buddy Watch or Buddy Secure:

### Step 1: Activate the Screen

* Press any button on the side of the watch to activate the screen.

**Please Note:** If the screen doesn’t turn on then the battery might be flat or the device is already turned off.

### Step 2: Access the Settings Menu

* Swipe through the screen until you reach the Settings menu and tap on it.

### Step 3: Find the Language Option

* Scroll to the bottom, tap on **More**, and scroll down again until you find **Languages**.

### Step 4: Add or Change Language

* Tap **Languages** and then select **Add Language**. A list of available languages will appear.
* For example, select **Filipino** (**Tagalog**) or any other language you prefer.

### Step 5: Set Language as Default

* Drag the chosen language to the top of the list to make it the default language for the watch menus.

### Step 6: Revert to English (if needed)

* If you want to change back to **English**, simply drag **English** back to the top of the language list.

### Step 7: Apply the Changes

* Once you've rearranged the languages, return to the main menu, and the system will display the selected language.
