How to adjust the screen sleep timer

Follow these steps to adjust the sleep timer on your Buddy Watch or Buddy Secure:

Step 1: Activate the Screen

• Press any button on the side of the watch to activate the screen.

Please Note: The longer you set the screen sleep timer, the faster the Adult Buddy battery will deplete.

If the screen doesn’t turn on then the battery might be flat or the device is already turned off.

Step 2: Access the Settings Menu

• Swipe through the screen until you find the Settings menu and tap on it.

Step 3: Find Sleep Settings

• Scroll down to find the Sleep option in the Settings menu.

Step 4: Adjust the Sleep Timer

• The default sleep timer is set to 15 seconds, but you can change it to:

  • 30 seconds

  • 1 minute

  • 2 minutes

  • Up to 30 minutes.

• Select the desired sleep duration.

Step 5: Consider Battery Usage

• Keep in mind that longer sleep times (like 30 minutes) will drain the battery faster since the screen stays on longer.

And that’s it! You’ve successfully adjusted the sleep timer on your Buddy Watch or Buddy Secure.
