# Date Format ## Step by step instructions Below you’ll find the steps for changing the date format on your Adult Buddy Watch. ### Step 1 Press the SOS button (0.5 seconds) to activate the screen.

### Step 3 Click on **Settings.**

### **Step 4** Scroll down and find the Date Format function and click on it.

### Step 5 Choose one of the **date format’s** that you need.
