# Inserting Sim

## Step by Step Instructions

**Please Note:** Kids Watch needs to be switched off before inserting the SIM card

### Step 1

On the side of the watch you will find the sim slot, take out the screw with the tool.

You can use your finger in removing the sim card tray

### Step 2

Get the sim card and put it on the sim card tray

{% hint style="info" %} <mark style="color:blue;">**Please Note:**</mark>

1. There is only one way to put the sim card so no need to worry that you might put it the other way
2. Make sure you have obtained the correct 4G NANO sim card
3. Sim card has to be activated
4. Sim card needs data (at least 75 MB per month)
5. Sim card has SMS receiving and sending capability
6. Sim card has voice calling and receiving ability

### Step 3

Put back the sim card tray on the watch push and put back the screw properly and your all good to go. You can now turn on the watch.

{% hint style="info" %} <mark style="color:blue;">**Please Note:**</mark> If you see mobile signal bars on the screen once you have turned it on and it has sufficient amount of battery then you are ready for the next step.

## Troubleshooting

If you **don’t see the mobile signal** or **see the exclamation mark on the screen**, then you are either in a low reception area **or SIM card is not inserted correctly.**

To test, walk outside the house to see if signal appears before re-adjusting the SIM card.
