How to restart your Adult Buddy Watch

Step by step instructions

Below you’ll find a the steps for restarting your Adult Buddy Watch in case you need to do troubleshooting.

Step 1

Click on the SOS button (0.5 seconds) to activate the screen.

Please Note: If the screen doesn’t turn on then the battery might be flat or the device is already turned off.

🔌Charging

Step 2

Swipe left until you reach to MORE and tap on it.

Step 3

Click on SETTINGS, then Scroll down to REBOOT, then tap on it.

Step 4

Confirmation message will appear.

Are you sure to reboot the device?

Click OK

Step 5

The screen will show BYE and heart shape revolving around it. Device is now rebooting

Reboot Finished

Main watch screen will appear again. Device has now finished the reboot sequence.
