# Time Format

## Step by step instructions

Below you’ll find the steps for changing the time format on your Adult Buddy Watch.

### Step 1

Click on the SOS button (0.5 seconds) to activate the screen.

**Please Note:** If the screen doesn’t turn on then the battery might be flat or the device is already turned off.

### Step 2

Swipe left until you reach to **MORE** and click on it.

### Step 3

Click on **Settings.**

### **Step 4**

Scroll down and find the Date & Time settings function, then tap on it.

### Step 5

Make sure the **Automatic date & time** and **Automatic time zone** boxes are ticked.

### Step 6

Scroll down the page and select the **Time format**&#x20;

**1.** Leave the Tick ✔ for **24-hour time format**\
**2.** Untick the box for **AM/PM time format**

### You have successfully changed the time format
